Price negotiation:
We will negotiate with the seller on your behalf once you let us know that you are interested in the property and request us to negotiate on your behalf.

Additional photos and videos of the land:
It is difficult for any NRI to buy land without seeing a photo of the land they are interested in.

We provide an at cost service to send you additional photos or video of the land and it’s surroundings which will enable you to get a good look at the property.

Legal verification:
It is important that you buy a property that is without any legal issues we will get a lawyer’s opinion of your selected property so that there will no doubts in proceeding with the purchase.

We will provide the lawyer with all the documents like copies of land registration documents, encumbrance certificates etc., that they need to scrutinize for the legal opinion.

We can suggest lawyer’s with good reputation for getting the legal opinion or we will work with any lawyer suggested by you.

Buying the land:
We will work with the seller to sign agreements of sale, buy stamp paper for registration and register the land on behalf of the NRI or work with your local power of attorney.

We will work with the local government agencies to measure the land to make sure you get what you are paying for.

Maintenance of the land:
Monthly inspection for a fee to make sure that there is no illegal occupation of the land.
